THE QUESTIONS WE GET MOST
What if something's wrong with my order?
Get in touch within 45 days. We reprint any order with a print quality or adhesion problem at no cost. Low-resolution files are the one exception.
Do I need a heat press?
A heat press gives you the most consistent result, but an iron works if you're starting out.
What is a DTF transfer?
It's your artwork printed onto a film that you heat press onto a garment. You get a full color print on any fabric, in any color, without needing a printer of your own.
How quickly will I get them?
Orders placed before 2pm go out the same day. Most customers have them the next morning.
What can I press them onto?
Cotton, polyester, blends, canvas, denim, hats, tote bags. Anything that takes a heat press. Mugs and tumblers need UV DTF, which is a different product.
